super payment
hi community i just made my first payment on the 26th of june using myob super unfortunately i associated the wrong super fund and account number to the employee ect i put his account as hesta in h...

can i ask how long before i can reverse the payment in myob super payment section and re do the payment because i check every day and it says completed however you were correct the money has been refunded to my business account by hesta super i just need to reverse the transaction and re do to correct super and i have updated the employee correct super in wages section just in super it says completed so hard to get through for help customer service waiting times are crazy

Thanks for the update, and I’m glad to hear the money has already been refunded back to your business account. If the payment is already showing as Completed in Pay Super, it can’t be reversed from that screen anymore. At that point, the next step is to do a manual reversal in your file instead.
Once that’s been done, you can reprocess the super guarantee for that employee using their updated and correct super details. That should make the contribution show up again in the Pay Super screen so you can pay it through to the right fund. I’d also recommend having a chat with your accountant, just to make sure the manual reversal and reprocessing are done the right way in your file.
