Thanks for raising this. Since you’ve already tried refreshing, please sign out of MYOB, sign back in, and try opening the payment again. You can also try another browser or a private/incognito window.
Please check the payment status and whether the nominated bank account has been debited. If it shows as Completed, match it in Bank Reconciliation using the actual bank debit date, which may differ from the payment date.
If you still get the error or the payment is missing from Bank Reconciliation, It's best to reach out to the support team so they can investigate what's causing it. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
