super payments processing
Hi, I submitted a super payment for my employee on 21/12. It still says that the payment is processing. How long does it normally take for the payment to go through? Thanks

Super payments usually take about four business days to get authorised, processed, and received by the super funds. But sometimes, there can be a few hiccups, like if payments get rejected due to data errors. So, it's a good idea to allow up to 10 business days for everything to go through smoothly.
