Super payments showing as unpaid

Question

I sent in a service request for this on 31 May and I am STILL waiting for a response from MYOB support. What a joke!

Is there someone on this forum that can help? My super payments are showing as Unpaid even though they definitely have been. I have tried different browsers so that isn't the problem. I've crossed checked with the bank and the payments definitely went out.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
