Super payments

Hi I hope someone can help me.

Recently I noticed on my dash board that I owe a small amount of super of $239.76. This should be zero as I am up to date with all my payments.

 

The superannuation payments report says I owe $1785.54 

It shows that the payment was made but reversed

 

When I look at the list super payments the payment is there but not the reversal. 

 Also the report is missing 4 weeks of wages which explains why the payment is $2579.16  but the report figure is $1785.54.

 

I know this is alot, hope it clear enough to follow.

    Cheers for breaking that down for us. We’re aware of an issue where the Superannuation payable amount on the dashboard can show incorrectly, and this has already been raised with our developers. As your account also shows a payment reversal and missing payroll data, it's best to check the details specific to your account. Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page so they can check what seems to be happening with missing of 4 weeks of wages.
