Super payments
Im wondering why the super shows on the Bank Activity Statement but is not appearing on the bank statement

I can understand why this would be confusing when the payment appears in one statement but not the other.
The Bank Activity Statement is showing the super payment because it’s been recorded in MYOB. The bank statement will only show the payment once Pay Super has processed the debit, which may appear as SuperChoice or PayClear rather than MYOB.
Please check Payroll > Super payments to confirm the payment status. If it’s still showing as Processing after five days, please reach out to our support team so they can look into it.
