Super showing as Unpaid
Hi when I go into create super payment there is no outstanding super payments however when I run the report it shows some unpaid super, how do I pay these now.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. It is a bit unusual that there’s nothing showing in the Pay Super window for you to tick and process.
For now, I wouldn’t recommend creating a duplicate payment. The first thing I’d check is the date range to make sure the correct transaction is being picked up in the Pay Super window. It’s also worth confirming whether the amount has already been paid or whether it relates to a different pay run or date range. There's a known issue our team is currently looking into where some super payments are showing as unpaid from the pay run, and it’s still under investigation. However, if your Super Payment report is showing an unpaid super transaction, this will need a closer look from our team.
If there’s still nothing outstanding in Create Super Payment after checking the date range, it’s best to send screenshots of the unpaid report and the Super Payments screen to our team for review. You can do that by chatting with our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by lodging a support ticket through My Account.
