Thank you, the setting are correct, this I think goes back to the fact that MYOB thinks there are outstanding super payment (which there aren't as mentioned in previous post) and is pulling these figures for the dashboard

Yes, there is. The super payable on your dashboard comes from the payroll summary, so the fix is to make sure your payroll settings are set up right, especially super contributions and pay items. If you adjust those, the amount on the dashboard will show correctly. You can check this forum post on fixing incorrect figures and this link on checking your super payable. Thank you that is what I thought but is there anyway to make the Super Payable on the Dashboard to reflect the correct amount?

Good eye catching the already paid super still sitting. Since super was paid outside MYOB, you won't be able to mark or remove it from the Super payments window. The neat fix is to record the payment manually so your accounts line up. You can use Spend Money to debit Superannuation Payable and credit your bank, date it the day you actually paid, and add a memo like “Paid outside MYOB." Make sure to leave the paid super payments unticked and keep a note of which periods were paid externally to avoid double up.
