I have found Superannuation is being calculated on items that shouldn't have it and have the "Do not include in Superannuation Guarantee and Qualifying Earnings calculations" check box marked.
I am sure they used to just be under the Exemptions section but since this check box appeared it is incorrectly adding the super. HAs anyone else experienced this?

You’re right that pay items are controlled through the Exemptions section, and the new “Do not include in Superannuation Guarantee and Qualifying Earnings calculations” checkbox is designed to follow that same logic. In a normal setup, ticking it should fully exclude the item from SG.
So if the checkbox is ticked but SG is still calculating, something behind the scenes isn’t lining up with the super category or its exemption rules.
