Superannuation Fund does not exist in list

Hi,

I have a client who has a new employee who has nominated a Superannuation Fund that is not included in the MYOB list of Superannuation Funds. The Client has confirmed the details of the Fund with the Fund. The onboarding form showed a different name but the correct ABN and correct USI, but the client gets an error when trying to pay this Fund. Error is "Fund No Longer Accepting Contributions"

    Hi MJ19153

Thanks for describing your issue in your post. If the ABN and USI are correct, the different fund name may be due to a recent fund-name update, rather than the fund no longer accepting contributions.

Please confirm the fund’s current name, ABN, and USI with the fund or through the ATO Super Fund Lookup. Then go to Payroll > Payroll settings > Superannuation funds and search using the fund’s short name or USI. If the matching fund appears, select it and assign it to the employee.

If it still doesn’t appear, it's best to connect with our support team so they can help check the Super fund details.

    Regards,
