Superannuation Payment

Hi, Ive set up super payments, the payments have come out of my account and showing in MYOB but haven't landed in the employees super accounts. Any tips on where I should be looking for the mistake? ...

Hi there Steve18,

 

Has it already been 10 days since the super payment has been processed and came out of your bank account? If not, I recommend allowing up to 10 business days for your payment to be processed and to be received by the super fund. As delays can occur such as payments being rejected due to data errors. You can also check the status of the super payment. Just check this link for more information.

    Hi Doreen,

     

    Thanks for your reply. The status shows as complete. The payments come out of my accounts on the 6th August. I will wait a few more days and get the guys to check again.
