Welcome to the Community Forum. On the Team Admin Portal, if you click on the location, what does it have under Time Capture Type?
If it is not Timesheets, then you will need to change the location to allow you to submit timesheets.
If it looks like it is all set up correctly, could you please reply with the last 4 digits of your serial number and take a screenshot of the entire window, so I have a better idea of what you are seeing on your end?

Thanks for providing that. Can you select the name of the location - it should be on the next window on the left-hand side when the location is opened.
