Unable to pay super for employees after recording in MYOB. it does not direct me to pay super now. I have previously paid through Myob.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    Did you receive any error messages? When you created the super fund within the business, were you able to tick the box that says "Pay using Pay Super"? If you wish to pay super through MYOB, you may need to tick that box. To check it, go to Business name > Payroll settings > Superannuation funds tab, and then select the super fund name. Kindly check if the box is ticked. You may also check the Help Articles: Set up superannuation funds and Make superannuation payments for further information.
