The ATO error code CMN.ATO.GEN.XML04 usually happens when there are invalid characters entered from the mandatory information from the business and/or your employees. To check it, The Help Article Fix rejected reports in Single Touch Payroll will provide you the steps on how to fix the specific ATO error code. Once done and noticed that there are no invalid characters from those fields but still having the same error, we highly recommend to delete the information entered then re-type it manually.
