Hi Boydi,
You haven’t done anything wrong. Super payments can stay in Processing for a little while as they move through the clearing house and into your employees’ funds. They can take up to about 5 business days, and sometimes a bit longer if there’s a weekend or public holiday in between.
It’s all explained in this link, and if it looks like the payment is stuck for longer than the usual processing time, you can also send an email to our Pay Super team to check it out.
