Hi Till,
Are you in the AccountRight version or browser? In the browser version as long as you tick the "attach invoice PDF" button when emailing the invoice from MYOB then it should work if not then maybe a question for the support team.
If your using AccountRight you need to go to Setup - Preferences - Emailing - And change it to include a link to online invoice and attach a PDF.
