Bill Totals differing

Because the bills and Sales are no longer shown on the dashboard, I used the following: Bills> Open>All suppliers: I expected the total to be all the open bills I owed. It was much less than I knew ...

Hi! Just wondering if this has worked? I have the same problem and I cleared my cache; logged out and back in but the totals of my bills are way off.

Could you send us the screenshots showing your bills and the supplier purchases report , so that we can take a look. Note that it should be on the same date.

    Thanks Princess,

     

    I've attached the screenshot of my bills and the supplier purchases report. It is a bit of an inconvenience that I have to run the report all the time to be able to see my real totals.

      Thank you for the screenshots.

       

      I understand how important your time is. However it is not showing the total amount of  bills from the 2nd screenshot. Does it has different totals with the supplier report? If yes, we need to check the transactions showing on the supplier report in Find transaction tab.
