Cannot edit or delete bills

Hi Since the upgrade I cannot edit or delete bills that were entered prior to the upgrade. I get an error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser." This appears to be...

    Hi KfromFinance, 

     

    Thank you for that. I've had a script run over the file which should resolve this, can you please sign out of your file > clear your browser cache > re-sign into your file and attempt to edit or delete a bill. It should work.

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number.

      Hi

      I am having the same problems. I have contacted MYOB about it twice (December and Feb) and it is still not working for me. When I spoke to them this month they said I would need to delete all the bills that I have from before the change, but it turns out I can't delete anything. This is most frustrating. I take it from this interaction that this is happening not just to me? Why can't you run a fix for the whole system? I have had so many problems since the change over. This is NOT better. I wish I had changed from MYOB to something else BEFORE the change over.

        I hope you get a solution to your problem and soon.  The update certainly wasn't a smooth one, lots of issues for lots of people.  

        Melissa was very helpful and solved this problem, not sure if you can see her action but I have copied it here (hopefully someone can do this on your file):
