Card Surcharges
As of 1st of October will MYOB be charging us the 1.8% Credit Card surcharge + the .25c transaction fee or will it be removed as per the RBA's recommendation?

What about customers who pay through PayPal? How will that work and will we stillpay the surcharge.?
Hi Hobsie,
MYOB is proactively working with our payment partners to support a smooth transition to the new rules from 1 October 2026.
We will be removing surcharging functionality from our services so merchants don’t accidentally fall afoul of the new regulations, and providing continuous updates so customers can transition as seamlessly as possible and will share further updates, including any PayPal-specific details, as they become available.
