Changing customer name on quotes

Save as a recurring and create new quote using recurring you can then change customer

Once a quote is saved, the customer details cannot be changed, however as NFM mentioned, you can save the quote as recurring and then use that template for different customers if you're using MYOB AccountRight. This option is not yet available in MYOB Business for quotes.
