Downgrade MYOB
HI There, we want to downgrade our MYOB but we do not see the see the list of available plans, so we submitted a support request 2 weeks ago and again a week ish later, we still have receive 0 replies. eg we did below. My accountant has there access too and said
I had a look and unfortunately it will only allow us to upgrade the file and not downgrade.
Can you give MYOB and advise them that you are scaling down and you need to update your product?Please let us know how you go. In the meantime, we have saved all the reports as of today’s date in case something happens to the data during this process.
Any suggestions what we can do to get support ! ? or a solution
To manage your subscription, including downgrading your subscription, you'll need to be the primary contact (this is typically the person who set up the MYOB subscription). In My Account click Manage my product. Find your product and click Go to product. You'll see the list of available plans, including your current subscription. Choose a different plan that best suits your needs. If you don't see an option to downgrade your subscription, and you are the primary contact, you will need to submit a support request so we can explore any possible options for you. We will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.
