emailing a Invoice

Hi I am having trouble with a couple clients saying their system cannot download my Invoices unless its PDF. You can only see the pdf choice if you click on the email, which they cant. If I don't ...

Hi JanPoppe2018 

 

Thank you for your post. When you email an invoice using MYOB, the PDF and  link will be attached in the sent email. 

 

There is an option to download a PDF from the invoicing screen, which can be attach to an email you prefer. Go to Sales >> Invoices >> select reference no. to open transactions >> select View PDF >> click on the link to open up the invoice >> select download PDF save to your desktop and attach to the email and send it to your clients. Kindly refer to the sample below:

    Hi Thanks for emailing, but I don't hav these options on my invoice down below, all I have is.. enter payment / Delete/ Resend /Print, but I have worked out I can go to Print then download & save to a pdf from there
