Emailing Invoices

Hi

 

Suddenly all invoice emails are not getting to me.

For example - CC's of invoices sent.

The message "couldn't send to ***" is displayed.

I have not changed my email address.

    Thank you for your detailed post, and I apologize for the delayed response. To troubleshoot, could you please try clearing your browser's cache and history? Alternatively, attempt logging in from a different browser. Additionally, I recommend visiting this help article for more information on Email troubleshooting.
