Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
In this regard, if you received an error message one or more fields has a trailing space. To check on this, you can go Sales Settings>>Email defaults tab and check for a special (non-alphanumeric) characters, a space as the first character in any fields, a space as the last character in any fields.
