Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. When encountering this issue, we recommend updating the logo saved in your invoice templates, as high-resolution logos can sometimes lead to these types of problems. To resolve this, try opening your current saved logo and taking another screenshot or copy of the logo, then save and upload this new copy. Using a lower resolution logo can often prevent this issue from occurring.
