Thanks for posting about this. A good first step is to go directly to Sales > Invoices and reset the filters there, rather than relying on the overdue view. The Invoices page lists all invoices, and you can use the filters at the top to narrow things down by customer, status, type, period/date range, or the search box. If the invoices still don’t appear after resetting the filters and widening the date range, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
