Invoice numbering stuck on number 3
My invoice is stuck on 00000003. I have tried clearing the cache, with no success :-( How can I fix it please?

The invoice numbering should automatically go to the next available number, have you already entered in an invoice that has 0000003 as the number and this still hasn't changed?
If you click into the invoice number text box you should be able to manually change the number and the software should pick up from that number you entered and continue on.
Alternatively, if you are getting any error messages popping up when trying to change the invoice number, can you please share the details of these.
