Invoice screen wont show all invoices

I'm in the Invoice screen, for this on particular client i have about 6 active invoices, my dates are between 01/10/25 to 30/12/25 and it won't load the "In Progress" Invoices.

I have tried to change the client and it still wont bring up open/draft Invoices. it says on the "In Progress" tab 63, but the page (when i cancel out the client ion the search tab) only shows 13 open Invoices. This is so frustrating as I just created an Invoice to try the system, saved it, got no error messages & that Invoice didn't even show up!

Anyone having this issue?

    That does sound a bit odd when the invoices in that date range aren’t all showing.

    Sometimes when there are heaps of invoices, the list doesn’t load them all in one go. If you haven’t already, try:

    • Scroll right down the list and keep clicking Show more until it stops appearing.
    • Then hit Reset on the filters and re‑apply your date range.
    • If it still looks off, do a quick browser refresh (or close and reopen the window) and set the filters again.

    If it’s still playing up after that, it’s worth getting our support team to take a closer look at your file. You can:

    • Lodge a support request from My Account, or
    • Jump on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA,

    They’ll be able to dig into the specifics for you.

      Hi Genreve, 

      Thanks for your reply I appreciate it - I saw a post with my same issue from 2024 & someone suggested clearing our the "Cache" under internet settings. I went through & did this & it loaded all my missing invoices straight away. Problem is sorted :-)
