The online portal has been stuck for 2 days saying "sending". There is an email issue going on across the service. Please advise when fixed.

Getting stuck on "sending status" for your email invoices is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. Nobody likes dealing with that for long. So far, everything seems fine on our end, and we haven’t spotted any widespread issues with email sending. Don’t worry though, we’ll absolutely look into this to figure out what’s happening. To help us get to the bottom of it, head over to MyAccount and create a support ticket. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, like screenshots of the issue, so our team can dive in and pinpoint the cause.
