Invoices not sending with reminders

Hi we have had several customers contact us, the invoice isn't sending with the reminders only the attached service report. How can i fix this?

    Hi NWLTS

     

    Totally get why you’d expect the invoice to go out with the reminder too. In this case, though, it’s actually expected behaviour. Invoice reminder emails don’t include the invoice PDF as an attachment. They send a link to the online invoice or payment page instead, so the invoice itself won’t automatically be sent with reminder emails.

     

    If you’d like the customer to receive the invoice as an attachment again, you’ll need to open the invoice and resend it manually from MYOB rather than relying on the reminder email.

      That is ridiculous, we had a huge amount of calls from our customers saying the invoice wasn't attached only our service report. Could you please just add the invoice as a pdf to automatic reminders.

        Hi NWLTS,

         

        That would’ve created a fair bit of chaos with customers calling in. There isn’t an option to attach the invoice PDF to automatic reminders. If you’d like to see that added, the best place to pop it is on the MYOB Business Ideas Exchange board, so the team can see the demand for it.
