Invoices not showing in Email list despite Customer being Print & Email

Hello,

We have created invoices and for some reason they are not available to be emailed in the "Print/Email Invoices" window.

I have read a few other threads here reporting similar issues and have already checked the following:

  1. Invoice delivery Status set "to be Printed" as usual;
  2. Client's card is set to Sale Layout: Service and Invoice Delivery: To be Printed and Emailed

Would anyone know what is preventing them from appearing on the list to be invoices after filters are applied?  The 'print' list is complete but not the 'email' list.....

Thanks in advance......

    Hi user1000_0,

    In your AccountRight, you can go to Advanced filters and then select Unprinted or Unsent Sales Only. In MYOB Business/Browser, the only option is to go to Sales > Invoices, choose the invoice, and then click Share.

    I hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Earl

    Unfortunately we have tried this but not all invoices are shown as ready to email (however they are on the print tab).  We cannot understand why.

    This problem exists for all the invoices which are raised via the invoice app but not sent at that stage (we do not want them to be sent from App but do need them created there).

      Hi user1000_0,

      It's a bit unusual that the invoices aren't showing up in the emailing tab. Let's try a quick test: could you send one invoice from the app to your own email and check if it appears in the software? If it does, it might be a syncing issue between the invoice app and the main system. Please reach out to our support team for further investigation. You can contact them via live chat with our virtual assistant MOCA or raise a support ticket through My Account.

      Cheers,
