Invoices not showing in Email list despite Customer being Print & Email
Hello,
We have created invoices and for some reason they are not available to be emailed in the "Print/Email Invoices" window.
I have read a few other threads here reporting similar issues and have already checked the following:
- Invoice delivery Status set "to be Printed" as usual;
- Client's card is set to Sale Layout: Service and Invoice Delivery: To be Printed and Emailed
Would anyone know what is preventing them from appearing on the list to be invoices after filters are applied? The 'print' list is complete but not the 'email' list.....
