How long does this need to drag on and on.
Please make the message banners removeable once read.
Its taking up too much space at the top of the screen.
Or consider letting us make our screens customisable.
We are working in this tiny rectangle whilst there is vast amount of white real estate waste up the top.
Everything has to be scrolled up just to do basic work.
Why ?
The response from MYOB is "oh that's a great idea, we will suggest it to our team"
It seems I commented in the wrong thread here... as i use MYOB accountright and i had a different issue that is now resolved.
The current MYOB Business invoice screen is inefficient. The older version let us see many invoices at once, but the new layout only shows 2 or 3 lines due to large banners and excessive spacing. Constant scrolling is frustrating and slows down workflow. Please reduce the whitespace or add a "Compact View" option for desktop users.

Please, this is terrible! The blue pop up says exactly the same thing as the text embedded next to the search bar. Having the message there once is absolutely fine.
Having a pop up that some how stays on top of every other window, despite it being cut off by the side of the screen is very irritating, very distracting.
Please MYOB, it is absolutely within your power to do something about this.
All your resources seem to be going towards things we didn't ask for. Meanwhile the core product, the desktop app, is neglected and it is obvious.

BUT - Your response is no longer acceptable - what we are requesting is not an idea - its how the platform used to be before the banners and self advertising arrived.
MYOB need to do better.
This issue has been around for long enough. Now with pinned banners on the invoices page it became unworkable. I can see a full 2 invoice lines on my browser window. Its horrible.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I understand you’d prefer to see the full list of invoices without the banners and headers taking up valuable space. There’s already an existing request for this improvement, and it’s still waiting for more votes. Whether requests like this are implemented and prioritised depends on the level of demand from users. You can find the request and vote for it on the Ideas Exchange. Every vote adds weight to the request and helps show how many customers would benefit from this change.
