Item ID not in drop down list

I have an Item that I do not want to tick "I sell this item" but it will not come up on an invoice as an option.   I want the Item ID and description to come up but I do not want any other details ...

Hi Max8,

Thank you for your post, and I apologize for the delayed response. Currently, there isn't an option available in MYOB Essentials/Business for this particular request. However, I recommend submitting this suggestion to our Product Ideas page. This way, our developers can review and possibly consider implementing it in a future update.
