Hi inchi,
Thanks for posting. Simple check first: if jobs aren’t set up, they won’t show on Receive money.
Go to Accounting > Jobs.
Click Create job, enter a Job number, Job name and (optionally) link it to a customer, then click Save.
Once you have active jobs here, they’re available to select on transactions (including Receive money and Spend money). More information here: Jobs
