link to existing bill

When linking to an existing bill from the tray, this is what happens. There are no bills. When I go to unpaid bills  The bills are there. Then, the response from MYOB  Oct 2022. How long does it...

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with Intray documents. May I ask for screenshots of the bills and the Intray window? We'll investigate what is causing this.

    Thanks for your response. I appreciate your effort in attaching these screenshots. 

     

    Based on the screenshot, the bill is not showing because the bill we are trying to link is already paid. The bill already paid will not appear unless we mark the radio button check. 

    Let us know if you require further assistance with this.

      Hi Genreve, it wasnt paid at the time when I was trying to link it.  I paid it after and linked the doc via AR online not MYOB Business.

       

      There is an issue with MYOB Business.
