I see you're having trouble with the payment date on your MYOB online invoice. It seems like the payment fees were automatically added on 2/6, which means the transaction is only visible if the reconciliation date is on or after 2/6, but you need it to show on 31/5. First, try checking the payment transactions to see when they were recorded in MYOB. That might give us a clue. Regarding changing the payment transaction, you may encounter an error or warning indicating that modifications aren't possible if the invoice layout is supported only in the desktop version. But since you're using MYOB business, then we need to dig deeper into what is happening at your back end. I suggest reaching out to MOCA, our virtual assistant.
