The bulk deposit is showing in my bank transactions (via electronic feeds) but I am not able to match the money to any invoices as they are already marked as paid.

Hi Carly22,
The invoices are marked as paid, but the payments are still hanging out in the Undeposited Funds. No worries, you just need to shift those payments from Undeposited Funds to your chosen bank account first, and then you'll be able to match them up to the bulk payment. Once you've done that, you should be all set.
