Can you login to your file via a different browser and try delete the invoice, does this work ?
If it doesn't can you please send me a private message with your product serial number so I can investigate further.

Just to clarify:
1. There is NO payment activity showing in the activity list ... so the "payment" has come out of nowhere.
2. I've tried using a different browser.
Please help. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get this fixed and i'm needed to send our reports to the auditor.
I found this similar question in the forum from 2021, but no answer to it.
The last few invoices that I have sent out are saying they have been paid when my clients have not yet. When looking at the activity history it says it has been paid at a date prior to when I created the invoice. I tried calling MYOB but their customer service on the phone is next to useless(hung up on multiple times while next in queue). Seeing if anyone can help with this case.
