Online Payments NOT being received
What am I doing wrong?... I was receiving online payments for my invoices every two days or so, reguarly without issue, now I have not received my funds from MYOB for well over a week. I rang MYOB this morning who told me to be patient.
OK....
However, when I go to my online transactions report, only 5 show as 'processing' (they have been in the processing timewarp for over a week now), HOWEVER, many more clients have also been making online payments over the last week through their emailed MYOB invoices and they are not even on the processing report, there is $1000's of dollars not being paid into my bank account.
- yet I am MYOB getting email notifications of payments/receipts.
