Paid invoices being sent overdue reminders.
I have issues with one customer account when they pay an invoice but they keep getting sent an overdue notice. Its happened on several occasions. Is anyone else having the same problem.

Sorry your customer’s been getting overdue notices after paying. Let’s take a closer look at what’s happening. In Sales > Invoices, open an affected invoice and check whether it shows Paid. Check its activity at the bottom too, and compare when the payment was recorded with when the reminder was sent.
If you use bank feeds, check that the payment has been matched to the correct invoice, rather than allocated directly to an income category. Matching it to the invoice records the payment against it. If it already showed Paid before the reminder went out, please reach out to our support team via Contact Us page with the invoice number, payment date and reminder details so they can investigate.
