Thanks for the screenshot. That’s a tricky one, especially when both manual card entry and Apple Pay are showing the same “Something went wrong” message. Let’s give those payment gremlins a little nudge:
- Re-create and send another invoice with the same details, then check whether your customer can complete the payment.
- Confirm whether your customer is eligible to pay using their bank account.
- Ask your customer to try again using a different device or network. If they’re using a mobile phone with Wi-Fi enabled, have them switch Wi-Fi off and use mobile data instead.
- Ask the payer to retry the payment with browser extensions disabled.
