My client paid me 4 business days ago and the payment still hasn't been received into my bank account. It always ends up in my bank at 2 business days but it still says processing in myob on the tran...
There is definitely something else going on here, I have even had 2 transfers come in today for more recent payments and the sequential number attached to the transactions on my bank statement is missing one as can be seen in the attached image

Thanks for the screenshot! Sometimes, transactions may not show up immediately in your bank feeds. I suggest checking refreshing your bank feeds by going to Banking > Bank transactions and clicking the "Get Bank Transactions" button to ensure you have the latest transactions from your bank. You may also check filters, make sure that the filters in your bank feed are not hiding any transactions. Set the Status field to "All transactions" and click "Reset" to see the most current transactions. If it’s still missing, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount. Provide them with a screenshot of your bank statement showing the missing transactions. This will help them investigate further with the bank.
