How do updates apply when it is a cloud base system?
Hi Busygirlange and JMBC,
Updates happen automatically with our cloud-based system. I took a closer look at this issue, and our developers are already on it. I’ve also flagged your account as one of the affected ones. As a temporary fix, our support team suggests resending the invoice by email. This should prompt the backend to update and ensure the Activity column reflects the latest info.
