In Tray shows documents on Dashboard but folder is empty
Our In tray shows 75 documents but when you click on In Tray its empty how do i clear the 75 documents please? Dan

Thanks for reaching out, and I apologize for the delay in my response. After reviewing my test file, I've observed an accumulation of over 60 documents in my In Tray on the dashboard. Unfortunately, there isn't a current option to customize the dashboard.
While attempting to replicate the issue and explore potential solutions, I've found a workaround to address this concern. Here are the steps:
- Navigate to the Purchases window and access the In Tray.
- Select the specific document you wish to remove.
- Use the Delete option to effectively remove the selected document from the In Tray.
