Repeated reminders...repeated reminders

I run a business in which all my work entirely prepaid. 

 

  • I send an invoice - client pays - I start work 
  • I send an invoice - client doesn't pay - I do nothing 

 

I need to toggle off the endless reminders about awkward reminders, I don't have them

 

Your business insights are trash but I have no way of turning them off.

    Hi Elana_K,

     

    Sorry that you find the reminders awkward. You can turn invoice reminders off in Settings > Reminders so it stops nagging about unpaid invoices. For Business Insights, there isn’t a switch to turn them, but you can tell us exactly what works and what doesn’t by using the Share your feedback section. Just open the Business Insights help link and scroll to the bottom to find that feedback area so the team can see your thoughts and improve how those insights behave.
