Save and Duplicate function for Invoicing is not working

Hi, Is anyone else have trouble with the save and duplicate function for invoicing? I use it every week and have never had an issue, but today it is just not loading. Any suggestions on how to fix...

Mine too. Very annoying.

Also, the fault is not being displayed on the status page. This is misleading and makes fault finding hard for the end user.
