I lost over $160 due to MYOB unauthorizing change my invoice to online payment with the option fees paid by me.
I sent them complaint and all data they requested. No reply for the whole month although I reminded twice. I won't leave it like this, what a disgusting service and disregard for customers. I won't stay with them. It is hard for me changing the accounting system but I will. I will also complain to Consumer commission and VCAT.
