You've received a Diagnostic-Code indicating that invoices or statements were rejected. To resolve this, please check the email address you're trying to send to, as it may be blacklisted. For that to happen, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team directly our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
