View unpaid invoices link on client emails

Question

How can I remove the view your unpaid invoices link from the bottom of invoices that are sent to my clients? I have gone to the sales settings tab, reminders, unpaid invoice summaries and the send unpaid invoices summary box is not checked. I do not want my clients to be able to see this information as they can see if I have not reconciled payments on my end and also if I have setup invoices but not sent them yet. Please remove this functionality or give me an option not to use it!!!!

Hi sarahrigright,&nbsp;I get why the “view your unpaid invoices” link isn’t something you want your clients seeing, especially if you’re still reconciling or have draft invoices sitting. There isn’t a separate setting to turn off just that link on emailed invoices, and the Unpaid invoice summaries setting you’ve found only controls the summary reminders, not the link on individual invoices. This link is part of a newer update to how online invoices work, and is something we’re unable to switch off.&nbsp;Cheers,Doreen

Thanks for your reply but can I ask why MYOB keeps changing things that your customers don't want but ignore changes that we do want? I spent 2 years complaining about the invoice and quote numbers coming from the same pool and that apparently couldn't be changed but mysteriously I discovered that you can now do this when I was digging around on MYOB a few weeks ago. I understand adding an option for overdue invoice summaries but this link in emails to unpaid invoices that can't be switched off is annoying and has the potential to make business owners look unprofessional, especially small business owners like me that wear multiple hats. Can you please raise this as something to be changed in your system?

Appreciate you taking the time to share this. Sounds like you've been digging around and know your way around MYOB pretty well too. I get where you're coming from with the email link thing. I can see how that could feel a bit off, especially when you're trying to keep things looking polished for your customers. And yep, you're not the only one who's flagged it.
