Weird text appearing for some users invoices
Two different customers have reported this now. They are ignoring my invoices as they are worried they are viruses.

I understand that weird texts from invoices may cause confusion for your customers, who will think of the invoices as viruses. With that, if they're still experiencing issues with the text format of your invoices, you can try sending the invoices to yourself first to see if the normal text appears. This will help determine if the issue is on your end or your customer's end. If the invoices appear in their normal text format when you receive them, the problem may be on your customer's side. It would be best to have their IT person check the settings on their device.
